But the real spark for my business came from a little weekend dilemma: my husband, bless his heart, loves to grill… but he’s slow. 😅

One evening, as we were planning a small gathering, I realized I needed a way to keep our guests happily snacking while the main course was still on the grill. So, I whipped up a simple appetizer board. Little did I know, that small gesture would spark a full-blown passion. I fell in love with the art of pairing flavors, discovering the perfect combinations of cheeses, meats, fruits, sweets, and more. I started experimenting with boards, cups, and unique spreads—and before I knew it, what started as a fun experiment had grown into A Taste of Cherry Charcuterie.

Over the weekend, I officially launched my mobile charcuterie bar, and stepping into this new chapter feels incredible. Seeing my vision come to life, sharing it with family, friends, and supporters, and knowing that my calling is to serve in this way—it’s honestly the sweetest feeling. From curated boards to customizable cups, every creation is designed to elevate your gatherings and make moments unforgettable.
